Eligibility

You may return a faulty or damaged item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Process

If your return is accepted, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions for sending your item back

Please do not send items back without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Customised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or defective.
All products are thoroughly quality-checked prior to shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is completely free for approved returns of faulty or damaged items.
Fridgy will cover the cost by providing a prepaid return shipping label.
